Full home design and project management, December 2025 - August 2026

“The one thing I said I would NEVER do was any type of renovation project. Next thing we know we find ourselves with three children under 4, busy jobs and an old Edwardian home in need of a top to bottom restore. There is no way that any of this would have been possible without Lucinda.

I genuinely do not know where to start. Her constant sense of calm, incredible organisation and ability to turn my incredibly muddled vision into the most sensational family home was truly amazing. She guided every part of the project, creating wonderful mood boards that allowed me to truly visualise every space. She worked tirelessly, scouring the internet to find unusual tiles, stand out wallpaper and amazing local makers so nothing in our home felt like "just another Pinterest board".

She has the most amazing ability to decipher your 11:00 pm jumbled voice notes and before you know it an elevated option was designed that captured exactly what you wanted but made even better……

She was the lynchpin on site, effortless managing all the many, many trades. When things went off track, which of course they do in these big projects her communication was spot on. She ensured that we had all the right information but none of the stress and anxiety! Everyone who worked with her on site spoke so highly of her and credited her for ensuring the smooth running of the project. She managed our budget perfectly, always giving us a range of spending options but never compromising on style or creativity.

We now have the most amazing family home, all thanks to her. Oh and did I mention that she started this project with a 6 week baby in tow……super woman!”

We’ve worked with Lucinda on several projects and have always found her very easy to work with. From a contractor’s perspective, her designs are well considered, and she balances the overall design intent with the practical realities of how something needs to be built & decorated.

Communication has always been straightforward, and she’s receptive to input from our team where there are technical or practical considerations to work through. One thing we particularly value is that her involvement doesn’t stop at producing something that looks good on paper. She considers materials, connection details and installation constraints from the outset, rather than relying on the project manager and trades to resolve or redesign those details once work is underway. From a contractor’s perspective, that makes a significant difference to how smoothly a project is delivered and ultimately to the quality of the finished result.

We’ve enjoyed working with her and would be very happy to work alongside her again.
