Bathroom and WC Design

What a brilliant experience it was working with Lucinda on my bathroom and toilet renovation. She came up with so many great design ideas and listened really intently to my brief . She elevated my basic ideas, and bought in great choices of materials for me that gave me exactly what I wanted within my (quite tight) budget, giving me a high end feel on quite a modest budget. I feel she delivered above and beyond, I’m thrilled with the results and look forward to working with her again in the future .

We’ve worked with Lucinda on several projects and have always found her very easy to work with. From a contractor’s perspective, her designs are well considered, and she balances the overall design intent with the practical realities of how something needs to be built & decorated.

Communication has always been straightforward, and she’s receptive to input from our team where there are technical or practical considerations to work through. One thing we particularly value is that her involvement doesn’t stop at producing something that looks good on paper. She considers materials, connection details and installation constraints from the outset, rather than relying on the project manager and trades to resolve or redesign those details once work is underway. From a contractor’s perspective, that makes a significant difference to how smoothly a project is delivered and ultimately to the quality of the finished result.

We’ve enjoyed working with her and would be very happy to work alongside her again.
